Monday, April 28 at 6:00 pm Coloring is a good way to express your creative side and reduce stress. Join friends and other coloring enthusiasts once a month to relax and de-stress. All materials are provided but you are welcome to bring your own coloring materials.
Every Tuesday at 10:00 – Join us for crochet, knitting, beading, or hand embroidery with friends. Bring your projects to work on.

Children and caregivers are introduced to the basic building blocks of literacy through nursery rhymes, stories, finger plays, and music in a fun and educational environment. Programs may include time for unstructured play and socialization.
Wednesdays, April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 10:30 am – 11:00 am Story Time is an interactive literacy program designed for children ages 2-5 years. Children and caregivers are introduced to basic building blocks of literacy through stories, rhymes, and music in a fun and educational environment. Program may end with a brief activity.
Wednesdays at 10:30 AM, Ages 0-2 A fun-filled, interactive early literacy program that uses rhymes, songs, scarves, and more to stimulate the learning process of babies and toddlers! Will not meet April 23.
Help your child get ready to read with this early literacy program including books, music, movement, and more! Last program on May 15.
Ages 18+ Meets monthly to craft a reading journal: design pages with provided supplies to track your books, create a reading challenge, catalog quotes, and more. All you need to bring is your own journal! Registration required.

Saturday, May 3rd, 10am-2pm Chatham Library invites you to celebrate your favorite Superhero on Saturday, May 3rd! Join us for crafts, have some snacks, take selfies at our superhero selfie station, and enjoy a morning of sup-themed activities. Costumes are encouraged! All ages.

New to Line Dance? Come learn the basics with easy, step-by-step instruction! You'll dance to a wide mix of music—from Old Standards and Country to Latin, Rock-n-Roll, Hip Hop, and today’s top hits. Along the way, you'll get familiar with the unique vocabulary and signature moves of Line Dance, all while boosting your balance, footwork, cardio health, and stamina.
Do you like to crochet, knit or do any kind of needle work? Drop in with your own supplies and projects. Share tips, project ideas, and learn new skills with new friends, while working on your project. All levels are welcome.
This interactive program is for homeschooling families of all ages. Families can meet to do schoolwork, research and socialize. Library staff will be available to conduct fun and educational activities for children.

Reading Paws is an interactive reading program designed for children and teens. Children practice basic reading aloud skills by pairing up with a specially trained volunteer dog. Books are provided or children can bring their favorite story along for fun and learning!
Join us one Saturday each month to help sew children’s quilts for those in need with the White Oak Mountain Quilters Guild. All skill levels are welcome.
