Bookmobile service is available year round to all citizens of Pittsylvania County and adjoining cities and counties. Each patron is required to fill out an application card with his or her current mailing address and 911 address. Please note that a Photo ID is required. Proof of mailing address must also be presented and a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign to be the responsible party for children under 18. The parent or legal guardian must already have a library card or they may apply for membership at that time.
2024 Bookmobile Schedule – We are always looking for new stops to add to our schedule. This schedule is updated each January and we would love to include you in our monthly travels across Pittsylvania County.
Books may be renewed if there is no waiting list. Patrons may request books or most other materials from the entire library collection (DVDs excluded). There are no charges for these services, however, there will be a replacement fee for lost or damaged library materials.
